1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Foodaan website or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Foodaan. Truck owners must hold valid licenses and permits required to operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Payments are processed through licensed Saudi payment gateways. A ZATCA-compliant tax invoice is issued for each completed order.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before a truck accepts them. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to your original payment method and may take several business days.

6. Food-Truck Owner Obligations

Truck owners agree to:

  • Maintain valid municipal and food-safety licenses.
  • Provide accurate menus, pricing, and availability.
  • Fulfill accepted orders with reasonable quality and timeliness.
  • Comply with all applicable Saudi food-safety and commercial regulations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation or security.
  • Infringe the rights of Foodaan or any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

The Foodaan name, logo, and all platform content are owned by Foodaan and protected by applicable laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Foodaan is a marketplace connecting customers with independent food-truck operators. We are not the producer of the food and are not responsible for its preparation. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodaan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
